Your order will be updated to “Awaiting Shipment” as soon as we received your payment alert and you will get an e-mail notification.

What is the average delivery time?

We ship out your items from our office 48 hours 2 working days) after payment is done. For Delta deliveries, Delivery is done same day. However, for outside Delta orders, delivery is done 3-5days after payment confirmation.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery fee is N1,500 flat for Delta Orders
Free for Orders in Delta above N30,000(excluding outskirt areas)
N3000-N5000 for outside Delta orders, depending on weight and delivery mode

I purchased a product from mekyns.com and the product is defective. What should I do?

If we have supplied you a defective product or the wrong item, we are willing to accept it back. Just send it back to us (within 3 days for delta state orders) & (within 4 days outside delta Orders) from date of delivery. If we ascertain that your claim is right, we will send you an exchange at our own expense. However, in cases where we do not have the item again, we will do a refund.

I am skeptical of Online Purchases. Can I visit your Store to buy what I want?
